Terrible service from Vodacom and Ram Couriers

I recently upgraded my cellphone at Vodacom through the online option, they never confirmed my order. Next thing I knew I had one missed called on my phone with no message left and my phone was on its way back to Joburg! Think Ram Couriers could have done more to make contact with me before sending my package back. Vodacom should rethink their partnership with Ram Couriers. Don’t know if I want to do business if any of the two companies.
