Terrible service from Vodacom

<p>I gave in my white sony xperia when it was 2 months old because I couldn't receive or make any calls after a week they let me know they are going to give me a refurbished phone because my phone can't be repaired they sent me after a month a black sony after 2 days the refurbished phone didn't work anymore. I took it in and they send it away for repairs I told them I don't have a phone so the manager said they will borrow me a phone he will phone me the next day a week later haven't heard anything from the manager. This is terrible service Haven't seen this bad service from Vodacom in my life!!! </p>
