TERRIBLE SERVICE from Vodacom 4U Highveld mall

I recently visited Highveld mall Vodacom 4U as a RED client of Vodacom to upgrade my contract.

I was only 1 of 2 customers in the shop but had to find someone to assist, when Thato sat down and I asked what the various price ranges were to upgrade with/without a device he told me if I want to upgrade I must tell him what I want and he will do it. He is not there to give me the options. He printed out an A4 sheet with various phones and deals on, not one remotely close to what I was currently using and told me to only come back when I know what I want and if I want to upgrade then only he can help. When I asked again for just the sim option to upgrade my contract, again he responed- if you want an upgrade I will do it but I am not going to give you prices. I asked to look into contract options for my businesses to which he rep**** there is no difference between business and personal.

I definitely do not recommend Vodacom 4U Highveld mall, it is time to look for another service provider.
