Terrible service from Vodacom

<p>About 3 weeks ago I was contacted by a lady on behalf of Vodacom offering me a better plan, more data and more minutes to call. Obviously I opted for this plan as it was even cheaper than my current plan. On the 1st of April I checked to see the balance of my data and to my surprize I was on a different plan. I called Vodacom only to find out that they were more surprized than me. The plan I was on was not available for individuals, but for companies, they knew it was a mistake. They said they would call me later to sort it out. They never phoned, I had to phone them. On the 3rd of April I had to phone again, only this time to be told that I accepted the contract and never disputed it. Ofcourse you can imagine that I was not calm, as I never accepted THAT plan as I was offered another plan. I never received an email with the contract of the new plan. I asked that they listen to the recording and why it was not sorted out when I logged the complaint on the 1st of April and the supervisor told me that it would be sorted out within 48 hours. Well, this lady told me that 48 hours means (8 working hours a day which means six days). Still till today I had no contact from Vodacom, I have no idea what the status of my plan is and whether I will get a bill that will shock me, because I am on this new plan.</p>
