Terrible service from vodacom

Still waiting for them to sort out a problem which is there problem as they have changed details on there system 1.5 weeks and counting I had an SMS this morning that someone would be sorting it out and they would call me still waiting and now I have an SMS to say case is closed Its absolutely crazy that a company can get away with treating there customers like this and I've been with them for 20 years
