Terrible service from Middleburg vodacom

I'm a highly disappointed customer, I purchased a cellphone from. Vodacom in Middleburg mall 2 weeks ago. The phone is not working correctly went into the store the manager is worst than the call center he was so unfriendly and like he didn't want to be there he told me in a cold way that I must book the phone in and won't have a phone for 1 month. It's not my fault a damaged phone was sold to me. Now first if I wanted a second hand repaired phone I'd buy 1 on the street corner. Secondly I cannot be without a phone for 1 month hence the point of me buying a phone. I am taking this to vodaworld ceos office and news papers as I am highly skilled in the legal field
