Terrible service from Cunsultants that are on the line

The service am getting from Vodacom Repairs is terrible. Called *** and asked them to transfer me to Eastgate Repair Centre. After not succeding on the transfer i then call *** the level of bad service on the 010-number its terrible. The ladies answering this number are too playful on the line and there is no service they are giving us customers. Im wondering why are they put as frontliners on that number because i did not get help at all.
