Terrible Service - Forget about canceling any contract before delivery! Disgusting!
Cancellation of Contract
I have phoned Vodacom multiple times to cancel a contract before delivery. I was send from pillar to post for a week and even told to go to my nearest Vodacom outlet. Vodacom is quick to harass you to take contracts , but try to cancel that contract, then ever agent goes into dumb mode!The level of service is shocking and I will absolutely cancel my other Vodacom contracts due to expire in December. Shocking service!
