Terrible service

I am aware that vodacom stores are owned by different people but what I wasnt aware of different stores having different policies. As a brand a standard should be set for all stores to follow the same way, to me vodacom is vodacom.

I bought a phone cover from the vodacom store at westwood mall in durban over the weekend and wanted to return my purchase only to find out that I cannot be refunded and I will have to take something to the same value..I went into the vodacom store at gateway shopping mall and the asked the sales stuff about the return policy and she said they do give cash refunds.

So here I am stuck with something that's no use to me and I don't really want or need something else. Its terrible service and I have been a long standing customer with vodacom
