Terrible Service

It's actually very disappointing to see people who should be providing service but just don't do it cause they scale and judge you. Not me driving to Vodacom Phola mall to do a E-Sim and tell the consultant (Nombuso/Zama) not sure of her name. That I need to do an esim but I don't have knowledge about it. She ask if I'm on prepaid or a contract and if the number is active whi I answered contract and the number is active. We'll she did a simswap which I advised that I just received an Sms what must I do, she said u can ignore, ooh okay. Then she give me a piece of paper not even saying what I must do with it. Then I asked she said go n pay n I asked is it done? She said yes. Only thing I remember her saying was it will be active in 3 hours. I paid and left. After 4 I tried to call back a number I kissed, I'm offline cause my Sim is deactivated, I thought perhaps the be new phone is active still nothing. Decided to call Customer care n they told me my E-Sim is not active and I was supposed to be given an QR code which I never received or given. Now when I called her today she said I must do a simswap n esim n pay for both. Imagine pay for something I paid for again? She said we can go back n forth but she did what I asked. I decided to end the call cause I realized I'm speaking to a person who seem not to understand the inconvenience of her half job caused me. It's sad and painful cause I've been offline since Saturday and I'm not even close to any mall to go and do a simswap. Bathong why must I suffer like a non paying client. Customer care can't help n seemingly I must continue suffering cause I only ask for 1 thing that this girl failed to do and she's not even willing to help.
