Terrible service

App**** online on 19/08/19 for an upgrade. Total monthly amount excl insurance was R889. Received order confirmation. A few minutes later I received a SMS to confirm double the amount which I signed up for. I rep**** with option 2 to change the order. I spoke the 3 different consultants 2 days later, each telling me I needed to wait for a call from a certain dept. Then yesterday I received a message re delivery. Still have not received any feedback re my query.
