Terrible service experienced whilst trying to resolve a data query

I experienced, for my first time, a problem with purchasing data through the vodacom app. After completing the in-app steps for the purchase on (15/06/2017), I received an email telling me that my order was complete and that the data would reflect on my account within a few minutes. This is standard procedure, as have done this before and been through this whole process without any problems or difficulties previously.

However, on this occassion the data did not top up and I was only made aware of this today (19/06/2017) when I received a SMS from Vodacom advising me that I have now used R300 out of bundle data.

So I proceeded to contact vodacom helpline in an endeavour to resolve this situation and I was transferred from person to person, having to answer the security questions everytime that I got transferred to a new person. Eventually, by the fifth person of being referred to, I could not bear to go through another round of security questions or explain mysituatuon over and over again. I had already been on the phone with vodacom for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

The matter that I called about for resolution still remains unresolved. I have been charged out of bundle data rates for data usage when I purchased a data bundle that should have been allocated to my account and used utilised instead of the out of data rates that have been charged to me.

I am disappointed that after being transferred around to so many different people, nobody could actually find a solution and resolve my query. What's going on at Vodacom, I am not used to receiving bad service like this from yourselves, normally your service is of high calibre and impressive.

So I still remain uncertain at this point whether my query will be addressed or if I will be billed unfairly for out of data rates.
