terrible service ever

I went to the shop to sort out my missing data issues I stood in the shop for more than 30minutes not one of the staff members even acknowledged the fact that I was there.<br> the ladies were just chilling as if they are so tired, the service <br> my problem was not even sorted thanks for the lousy service
