Terrible service, don’t get a contract here

Terrible service, I regret taking up a contract with Vodacom. Complete incompetence from their manager Mathapelo Smith who claims to be in a meeting and proceeds to tell her agent Tumelo to say to me that the fault is with Vodacom stores also and that I should go straight to Ombudsman, Vodacom does not have a complaints department.
