Terrible service, dishonest!!

Worst service ever!! We took a Sony z1 compact in for a warranty repair as the battery ran down extremely quick. Got the phone back 2 weeks later, still not fixed, went in again another two weeks. Got phone back. As this is sold as a waterproof phone, and we cycle, we cleaned phone as per normal. next thing we saw, water filtering into phone. Vodacom response: negligence, sorry for you!! This is after numerous calls!! How is this fair?? Not acceptable!! #badservice #vodacom #dishonest
