Terrible Service Delivery From Vodacom

As I write this, I am still upset that, my handset was not fixed after all the trouble of it being sent to Vodacom Repairs.

On 02/05/2017 I took my phone to Vodacom Repairs in Cresta, I was assisted by a lady called Johanna. I explained the problem with my phone and she created the job number. As I made my way back to my work place, I saw that the "Reported Fault" wording wasnt that clear, I called the branch and asked one of the consultants if the repair shop would know what is meant by the description and I was assured it would be understood.

But it turns out, it wasnt the case. 10/05/2017, I got an sms from Vodacom that my Exchange Unit was ready for collection, so I went to the Vodacom repairs shop, and to my surprise, the battery was drained, the problem wasnt fixed.

Now I have a new job number and have to wait another 7 or so working days for my device. I am not happy with the service and once my contract ends with Vodacom, I feel the need to try another service provider because I didnt expect this from Vodacom as I have been a customer with them for a while, this is my 3rd contract with them.
