Terrible service

I've taken a cellphone contract in august 2020 and three weeks later the phone had to go in for repairs and after receiving it back it had to for repairs again . I had to wait longer than 21 working the second time it went for repairs and when it came back it has full scratches all over .head office doesn't respond to my emails and the staff at the shop has attitude and really don't know what's going on
