Terrible service

Since my last review still havent recieved any feedback from Vodacom.

Not only is their service pathetic they are now taking airtime as well. I recharged with R139 airtime and they gave me R139 Prepaid plan Bonus airtime "free" which according to vodacom can be used for local calls data and sms use.

I then made 1 phone call to someone that also uses Vodacom and all my airtime was gone and the Prepaid plan Bonus airtime is still there. Tried send an sms using the Prepaid plan Bonus airtime but its not going through.
