Terrible service

Worst service ever, I dealt with multiple agents who couldn't assist or figure out the problem, they treat customers poorly and have no work ethic, each and every agent I dealt with was terrible. They did not follow proper checks and definitely were not equipped to resolve any issues, I wouldn't recommend their services to someone I hated. Please steer clear, they sell high hopes and under deliver as if it's nothing. Instead of activating my line they activated my neighbors line and over and over when I said I have no connection continued to do the same thing over and over. They never sent a technician when I asked, they never let me speak to a manager when I asked. They were horrible to their clients and the one lady even sounded like she didn't want to work, she sounded like she had major attitude problems.
