Terrible service at vodacom ballito lifestyle. You walk in and wait to be served. Although no customers in the store the staff sit on their cellphones! When a consultant eventually called me, I greeted and said how are you. He rudely responded: "fine". I'm not really sure where this terrible attitude stems from since this is a customer service role. Management really needs to talk to staff about customer service. They act like they're doing you a favor. Will never visit that store again. In fact will be canceling my contract and going elsewhere.
