terrible service, attempts to fix issue before it grew larger unsuccessful

Deserves negative star rating.

Multiple queries for the same issue logged over the month of January 2020 inadequately addressed, still a problem which has now increased in scale as of February 2020.

including initial query, 5 calls (plus 1 call where line either cut out or I was hung up on by agent) logged.

Promises to be called back and informed of what is happening fulfilled only once and then to let me know that no resolution has yet been achieved and will be called back again which has not occurred.

Now unsure if debit order will be going off or not and therefore if my credit rating is going to be affected.

Attempts to find a complaints line/email unsuccessful.

More than 24 hours after the above message, and 6 days since the first promise to call me back, and no contact stemming from Vodacom offices has been made as of yet barring the one agent mentioned above.

Query has not been resolved.

Ultimately you have lost both myself and my wife as customers and as soon as my contract finishes I shall be migrating to another network.

Response time following initial Hello Peter complaint: 10 days. Initial query log: 9/01/2020 as soon as statement was received.

Requests to have my initial queries listened to and called back? Told by Lance at Vodacom he does not need to do that.

Statements that at the time of initial complaints to get things reversed bundle had not been touched, and was only used of now as it was unavoidable? Told by Lance I'm wrong despite what balance checks through Vodacom at the time stated.

Ask him to lookup my data usage to validate my statement that at the time bundle was not touched? Get told my current balance, a figure that is as of right now utterly useless.
