Terrible service at vodacom wifi

I called in on Wednesday because my wifi was off and they told me someone would call me back to sort this out, I logged the ticket and they told me 24 hours to 48 hours, yesterday I called in and the lady told me it's with the technician, I called this morning spoke to guy and he told me my ticket is with Roy and they will call Me, I have being placed on hold and still no answers.. I currently have two wifi lines ones in jhb and one I'm cot with vodacom which now I am going to plan to cancel and sign up with another network honestly the service is pathetic SR***, let's see if someone calls me today!!!!!
