Terrible Service at Vodacom Greenstone Mall

<p>Absolutely disgusting service @Vodacom at Greenstone Mall opposite Anat. Went there today to pay my account using my ID number which I have been doing the past two years. The one Consultant (who seems new and never dealt with him) wouldn't leave me only and tried to challenge and was rude in this regard saying it's not possible even after I asked him to leave me alone . Prior to this I was informed to wait for one of Two specific Consultants whom can proceed payment. Furthermore when I first came inside there's no one by the door to assist customers , they are not using the ticket system to serve customers , no one knows where to stand and wait, based on past experience Vodacom Greenstone always closes way before working hours stipulated. Victor who was previously there had excellent customer service and new his job. Now the consultant don't seem to know there job !!! I left without paying my account . </p>
