Terrible service and quality of repairs
I sent my 5 month old Nokia Lumia 930 in for repairs due to a weird screen issue where the entire screen looked burnt out. I specifically stated that due to it being under 6 months old I do not want it repaired or replaced with a refurbished phone but rather with a brand new device. There was not a single blemish scratch or dent on it and was virtually brand new. When the phone came back I was informed by one person it was repaired and another person it was replaced due to it having a different IMEI number. What was it? The phone I got back had a faulty sim tray and loose ******** and was immediately re-booked in were I chose to enforce the CPA and demanded a new phone. When the phone came back it had been repaired with an added dent to the case. I called the manager again demanding a new device or cancel the contract. It was re-booked in for the third time and I have been without a phone for close to a month! How am supposed to do business without a phone? Only being offered a \bare minimum device"to use in the interim. I want out of this contract and would rather spend my money elsewhere. Keep your faulty phone and lets part ways! I am done wasting time and energy on this!"""
