Terrible Service and out of stock

I posted on the 7th of March about back order and I am still awaiting the store to respond to me and get back to me. They got stock of the other watch but not the one I ordered and it is very frustrating. I think I should move all 13 contracts over to a service provider who wants my business. Upgrades were done on the 2nd of March and I'm still awaiting delivery on items promised on the following day. This is now ridiculous.
