Terrible Service and not for the first time

My wife booked a phone in for repairs and waired for a month and got the message that it was fixed and on trying to switch it on it was still not working. Booked it in again as no other option available. Guess what the second time aain after waiting for a month again the same thing is happening again. There is no supervisor no store manager and there implants line is a not available. Pathetic to say the list. This store is useless.
