Terrible service and network by Vodacom

I logged a complaint in August about my network in the area of Buccleuch to be specific, after speaking to a few people I was advised they were aware of the issue and are currently working on it, few weeks later I got an sms advising me that the matter was resolved, I was enraged by this leading me to call the call customer care services to find out how since my signal at home is still terrible, the agent advised that back office said they working on it and can not give eta!! This appalling to me as Vodocam has managed to erect new towers for places not so far from here,won’t mention names but those closer to waterfall, I used to stay in this area in 2018 and still had the same problems, I logged complaints then, but still no solutions!! so this excuse for the most expensive network in the country doesn’t make sense. If the ceo himself can call me I’d be ecstatic at this point!! Because this is poor poor customer management
