Terrible service and lack of product knowledge at Vodacom stores

Whenever i visit a Vodacom store i am appalled by their service. If the consultants at Zeevwnwatch specifically are always irritated. They don't listen first plus they lack product knowledge. Today i visited them and i showed them an item on the vodacom app which i needed more knowledge about. The consultant pulled her face as if i was talking *******. Then said no, they don't have such. Then later told me it's not what am looking for. It is not the first time i visit this store. I feel like they are not sales people. Instead of selling you products, they push you away.

The network provider itself doesn't really have good, knowledgeable staff. Because Pinelands branch is exactly the same.
