Terrible service and *********** employees
Called in countless times for Vodacom to assist me with changing my upgrade and was assured by the manager that the upgrade will not go through and few days later I receive a notice that my phone has been delivered, called in several times again and was **** to once again that my phone will be collected and my upgrade will be changed and it has still not been collected, I called this morning and spoke to Paul Nabena who was rude and said I must contact the courier company, please cancel my contact and collect phone 🙏
