Terrible Service and Attitude!!
4U Clearwater sold me a Samsung Galaxy S3 in 2013. The phone broke a year later and was taken to Samsung because it was still under warranty. It was then said that the phone would be fixed at an amount of R2500 because it was a British phone. I then went to Vodacom to find out why they sold me an international phone and why I was not made aware of that fact. They then said they would look into it and never did. It was later determined after five months that the phone is in fact South African and it requires R4000 to be fixed. The manager, Ronel Jacobs, has had nothing but a bad attitude lately and has not been helpful in anyway to find a solution to this problem considering that the phone would have been fixed had I not been initially told that it was British. After months of fighting, I would like my money or my phone back and fully operational with immediate effect.
