Terrible service

My main number just cut off. No network and emergency calls only. Wasting my time. Terrible service long wait times to be helped. Transferred to the wrong departments multiple times. When i cut the call after getting impatient they try to flood me with calls nonstop, I have been a loyal vodacom user for over 15 years contract user for 9 years and i wont renew with this terrible service.
