Terrible service

I was called from a consultant to make amendment to my contract and he stated that it will be cheaper well that was not the case, I called the call centre to ask for a recording to help resolve the issue, they listened to the recording and did their own thing did not call me back to discuss my contract or anything and has just been very very unproffesional I havent paid yet until we resolve this account and vodacom is not being helpfull at all
