Terrible SERVICE
It is with great disappointment I'm sending this email. Worst service and worst vodacom online app EVER. All we want to do is upgrade our phones, but we are the ones running after someone to just call us back. Tried to call Vodacom Nicoleway 3 times told.them what we wanted but seems they don't want our business!!!! We tried to do an upgrade on your app but the filtering is terrible- app is just not USER FRIENDLY at ALL !!!
