Terrible service
On the first week of July my sister and I went to Cresta shopping center Vodacom store, we app**** for a contract for an iPhone 11 for R399 pm. We did not get any response until I contacted the nearest Vodacom in Port St Johns for the phone again, the phone has not been delivered even today. The service from Vodacom as a whole is really terrible, I’ve been waiting for a phone for a month now. They are not even communicating, I am so disappointed ☹️
