Terrible service

I am so frustrated. My wifi has been off since Sunday and I called in logged a call and they sent Vumatele to come they came I'm Monday and they tested there box and it was not there box it was vodacom router.. I called vodacom after Vumtele left and the guy told me they will order me a router he also advised me that i can call in when the router arrives and they will refund me back for all the data i used and they camnot provise me with a voucher and I will get it this week so I said ok I called back yesterday and spoke to hassim and he advised the quotation hasn't been sent out yet I asked him what quote I wasn't told about the quotation and then he advised me on the quote I told him better if I upgrade my line because I am not paying for a router I called the retention centre spoke to a lady who I explained my story to and she helped me upgrade my line and then told me I should receive the router today I woke up today and didn't receive any message from Ram I called in again this morning spoke to a lady and got cut of then I spoke to guy avela and he advised the router will take 2 to 5 days to be delivered. He says he spoke to his manager who will call me in 30 minutes. I am waiting for this call. Not one person can help with with atleast recharging me with data until the router gets delivered or escalating this matter I'm so digusted with the service.
