terrible service

Now im really getting tired of vodacom' s bad service. My loyalty for more than 20 years is really not doing any thing for me or vodacom dont care any more I dont know.<br> <br> Yesterday morn the lady spoke to logged an urgent call with technical support regarding an issue with my emails which is vodamail that I use to run my business as I explained while pleading with her to please assist and log as urgent . So no one calls which means the business could nt operate . I end up deciding to go to the vodashop in north gate mall while I was so sick and in pain. I waited there for more than an hour and half because the whole shop has 1 technician in my sick state . The whole vodashop in entrance 8 next to boardmans. At the end this technician doesn t restore my emails as explained. Does her own thing. Now im stuck with my emails not set up right and no one thinks my problem is important enough to call me still.
