Terrible service

I have been a client of vodacom for the best part of 25 years. Don't ask me why I am so forgiving? They have been charging me for a phone I have never owned for years! I have spent hours and hours trying to sort it out. Now I have had no fibre for the week and have been given the run around. The only person that took the time to listen and try to help is Alridge Lewis absolutely the best employee I have encountered. He is the only reason I didn't cancel everything at vodacom. Unfortunately he is working in isolation and I am now looking for alternative providers. Enough is enough.
