Terrible service

Did an online upgrade on the 13th September 2020, upgraded my sim and took a samsung smart watch as a addon. The total package suppose to be R270 . On the 15th September 2020 I recieve the package and when opened the box I find 2 smart watches , when I called them the never seem to know what happened and requested that both watches be sent back , 2 weeks later im still sitting with 2 watches which I cannot use and waiting for collection. Service is terrible
