Terrible service

Am very disappointed with the poor service that I got from vodacom jabulani mall , on the 11th of January 2022 went to store and app**** for a phone which was nova 8i so the lady who was assisting me offered me Huawei p smart 2021, apparently she said I didn't qualify for nova 8i, but what surprised me those phone costs the same amount, fine I did take a phone and I told her that m actually not happy with the phone because a lot of people complain about this phone and she said no the phone is very much good so I took the phone with me, so the following day the lady called and say I can insert the Sim card then I did but the phone couldn't connect to internet so I had to take it back to the store again, I found the manager and I asked him why don't we just change the contract and he can give me another phone because clearly this one have a phone, he told me that he can't do that because vodacom they don't manufacture the phones the phone came from china and why am I the only person who complain about the phone while he using the same phone and he never had the problem I have and it seems like I just bring problem in the store and he do me a favor I must just take a phone and go, mind you I haven't use the phone yet, so I told him that I won't take that phone with me because am the who have to pay the money with the phone that will give a problem, for upcoming three years so I left the phone in the store and go and I called the head office and complained even today I haven't receive any call from them but they did debt money from my account.

I really need an answer from vodacom and I wouldn't advise anyone not to buy or take contracts with them more especially Jabulani store the manager he very rude he doesn't know customers service, you can't argue with the customer if he /she not happy busy telling customers that you using the same product but does not give you a problem, if your product does not give you a problem and mine give a problem where do I enter as customer.
