Terrible service

I want to give them zero rating. This has been a nightmare. I have been trying to connect my WiFi to my new location and I am getting no updates or feedback from Vodacom I have emailed the CEO, the secretary anyone who I could get an email address I reached out and till date I am without WiFi with no feedback or accurate updates from anyone who works at Vodacom. The customer care agents are unhelpful there are no Team leaders who can do their job it’s just horrible.

It’s safe to say I am done with being a loyal customer.
