Terrible service

I've been struggling with Vodacom for weeks now. I've been phoning customer service numerous times my fibre is giving me problems. I'm unable to watch TV or do WhatsApp calls nothing. They phoned me lasweek saying technicians wil get in touch with me but still nothing they found the problem saying my rooter is outdated but dnt fix it. Wasted airtime and a lot of data. They have really the poorest service as a network provider.
