Terrible service

II am so disappointed in the service ive got at vodacom.They are only there to make and ***** your money.Telkom helped me in a few seconds and is so friendly will definitely recommend them if you want to upgrade your phone.Vodacom your staff can't even answer a phone and remember why i phoned.No one wants to help you and hides away behind a counter and you stand there in the store like a ass.WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS THIS !!! You told me i need to phone to be helped and everytime i phone costumer services i and cut off.You guys really ****.i would never recommend you to anyone and i will tell everyone what type of **** business you are.your costumer service aswell.You only ***** money and you never help anyone.i cant wait to move to a new service
