terrible service

Yet again compliments to vodacom shop in vodaworld for their **** service for the third time. It took consultant 25mins to serve me seeing that the shop was quiet. Yet employees were walking in and out of the shop while those who were there about 75% of them were busy on their cell phones with no care wat so ever. As for the consultant in question she needs to dealt with appropriatetly cause this is my 3rd ****pie experience with her. I did complain to the manager the first occasion but it seems they are good buddys so wats the point in complaining again. The consultant in question always has problems helping me it's either her computer freezes or she has to refer me to another consultant. Of which I find quite unacceptable. Your reply regarding above matter will be greatly appreciated.
