Terrible service

I went into the store looking for a cell phone cover. Firstly the store is completely empty aside from a customer at a table with a teller. The manager strolls out 10 minutes later. Very unhelpful,I felt like an I inconvenience trying to find out more about covers. I bought a cover that I wasn't completely happy with. I returned to the shop a little later to swop a cover for a better more expensive cover. Same story the manager strolls out after a while. Not helpful. I asked about a particular cover. I was told I absolutely cannot take a closer look. Intending on purchasing it I opened it to look at it. He took it away and said I was getting my finger prints on it and that I was breaking his store rules. How am I suppose to know what the cover looks like if I can't take a look at it. Anyway the manager was blatantly rude and unhelpful. Concerned more about his \shop rules"(quote) than making a sales and attracting customers to store. I am now stuck with a cover that I am unhappy with"
