Terrible service

I’m so upset with these guys every month I lose data , which mysteriously disappear every second or third month , this is unfair , I’m paying more than 2k to this co and this is the service I get , woke up this morning with zero data. To make it worse , when trying to call that useless call centre , they always tell u they have a high volume of calls meaning they are the **** company. I work with data and I need that ****** data.
