Terrible service

I actually thought this was a good company to be with but their services have proven ****py and deceptive from the get go, firstly binding one to a contract with ridiculous T's and C's. Increasing prices without notice and charging a ridiculous fee for not bending to their will, most of their agents have proven inefficient in helping with queries and I honestly can't wait to be free from them. I've had a debit order query for the past few months and to date I'm unable to get assistance, I honestly don't recommend vodacom as they have repeatedly failed me and the network is also *******.
