Terrible service

Last year I got two Samsung tablets on contract from Vodacom.
At the end of last year my son's tablet could not switch on or charge. It was booked in for repairs. We were told that it was the battery and that they had to replace for about R500.
This year we had the same problem and it was booked in and repaired for about R500. I collected it on Monday, August 3. To my disappointment the tablet would not switch on. I returned to the store August 9. and spoke to Mymoena - the repairs manager. I was livid at the inconvenience. She said it would have to be accessed again. I told her this is unacceptable. I wanted a replacement as I would have to pay for the accessment and loose my screenguard. I first called the contact centre and then emailed Vodacom on August 11 and I am yet to hear from them. this is utterly disgusting. I've been a loyal customer for more than 10 years and have several contracts with the company. Is this how they treat loyal customers????
