Terrible Service - 45 minutes and no quote

I went to Vodacom to get a few quotes for an iPhone as I have an iPad & laptop from Vodacom & have only ever experienced FANTASTIC service.<br> The person who helped me - Johan just really doesn't seem to know what he is doing. I told him I want a iPhone6 Plus or iPhone 5S & I just need the two quotes. He kind of explained that I must 'build my own contract' *& that we choose the phone after that. Ok. Great. So after trying to put my own package together for about 20 minutes I still have no quote. After 45 minutes he tells me the phone isn't available on the package I want.Great. I just want to know much the phone is - on ANY contract just give me a quote.<br> Also - I want a gold iPhone & Johan keeps explaining that he has a silver one in stock & that 'the only difference between the gold & the silver one is that the back of the gold one is gold'. Really. <br> After about 45 minutes Johan shows me a PDF on his screen saying there's no price on the system, it should be around R600pm. So I sat there for 45 minutes for him to guess a price for me. <br> Surely this is not how it's supposed to work?<br> Also - he asked what I earn in a shop FULL of people when my details are on the system?<br>
