Terrible Service

I had a contract with Autopage, during this period I always payed them and this year I decided not to renew the contract. before taking up the contract I had a number, the number I used, I decided to keep that number. Now that I have not renewed the contract, they have blocked my number. I would like to get my number back as it was not part of my contract with them,, I have asked Vodacom for assistance and was told I cannot be assisted. Vodacom is the main SP so surely they should be able to assist
