Terrible Service

I got a laptop and router from vodacom via contract, however the computer stopped working on the day I received it. I have since been reporting to vodacom that I am paying for a laptop that doesn't work. I have requested them to come and collect the laptop and they have promised to do so, with no avail. Vodacom is simply enjoying the benefits of my money via debit order, however I am not having the luxury of enjoying the benefits of what I am paying for. I would like them to come and collect the laptop and replace it, as it a factory fault.
